Skilful Thoughts for Successful Living

What is this Website About?

This website is about how you can improve your health, enhance love and relationships, increase money flow,  improve work and career opportunities and make a better quality of life. You learn how your life is made up of thoughts, some skilful some not. You can discover how unskilful thoughts stop you from creating success and good outcomes. The website was inspired by one of my best selling books, The Tibetan Art of Positive Thinking, and by hundreds of readers contacting me about the very things this website can help you with. Some wanted coaching and some requested mentoring to go deeper into the system that lies at  the heart of The TIbetan Art of Positive Thinking.

This is  an ancient system of mind, thought and behaviour training that influences brain and body, lifestyle and the challenges and opportunities of the everyday world. I use it in my daily life in all kinds of situations with great effect. You can do this too. The Tibetan Art of Positive Thinking is about removing obstacles, creating patterns and structures of success and putting  success into action. These patterns and structures are turned into Thoughts. Thoughts can determine how you are in the world and what opprtunities come to you and what opportunities you can create. Thoughts are behaviours, actions, which direct and influence the world. Thoughts define your place in the everyday world. So when you need to know how to overcome obstacles, create a new life, or find ways to increase health, money or solve any kind of problem, I can help you through coaching sessions that bring immediate results or longer indepth mentoring for inner self development.

You can improve the quality of your life by changing the way you think.

It does not matter what your challenge in life is right now-you can turn it around.
